do you have vpn on the phone
any other changes on phone between when you used to be able to connect and not now
did you add more security to the phone and didn't whitelist IC?
Nothing just gone offline a monent and a hour after cannot connect
restarted phone?
besides restarting. turn phone off for 1 min then turn back on?
could be a stuck packet
