Not just visual. The str exp is increasing.

Weird thing tho is the summary after logging in doesnt mention any str exp increase.

Does the str exp bug only happen when im online?

It's only visual in the sense that the experience isn't actually being given to you and will be gone when you relog. Fix for this is out on Steam and Google Play, App Store soon
