#EXP rollback after relogging

I just relogged my account and when I did I got a exp rollback on my strength, defense, attack (went back 1 level which).
I've had the same thing 2 times.

no clan event or anything else. I logged out when I collected.

So you did 2 combat events, logged out, and noticed levels were rollbacked when you logged back in, if I'm understanding correctly? What's the username of the account?

so this is the 2nd day in a row this has happened to me, we did the turkey event and i went to swap gear after the event was over and i get disconnected and then lose the event xp, not sure what im doing wrong lol

also list how many people were in your event. if they were alts etc.

so

day 1. me and 4 other clan mates (not alts) were doing turkey event, all of us skilling previous (smith, wc, carp cus we working on clan house) midway through the event clan mate 1 went and swapped gear during event and they got disconnected when switching scims? (i think) relogged lost the xp they had gained and went down levels, clan mate 2 heard of this and tried to do the same thing and swap scims and also got disconnected, so clan mate 3 stayed in and finished event, after event was finished he went and swapped gear, got disconnect, relogged and lost levels as well. we did the turkey loot event after and everyone seemed to be fine after that one.

day 2. (today) me and 3 other clan mates all were aware of the bug of us losing xp so we all stuck in the event the entire time, scared to back out or swap gear incase getting a disconnect... we killed the boss, i purchased an item from the shop (inventory upgrade) trying to trigger a save or something, logged out, relogged and lost xp from turkey event. clan mates 2 and 3 waited a good 5-10 mins before logging out and also lost their event progress.

we are doing loot turkey rn so i will upgrade after event if we also lose progress from that as well

our turkey event ran for like almost 40m too so not sure if the trip length makes any difference lol

So this is specifically with the combat exp events. I did 2 different clans same time. Both characters I noticed were on are alts. One was doing plundering before and after events so only did mixed melee combat for events. I went back about 30k exp after I relogged. The other character was already doing combat before and after events and still also lost a decent amount of exp. Both characters were on mixed melee as well. Edit: The one clan was PotatoFarmers with 13 characters and the other was END with 8.

Main and 2 alts, main and 1 alt were doing fishing before event, other alt was doing plundering. Main did accurate archery, two alts did agressive melee. Exp lost on all 3 accounts of about ~70k archery on main, and ~120k strength exp on each alt. Appears to be a bit more than 1 exp turkey event worth. IGNs are ThermoBear, ThermoBoar, and ThermoRaid

These 3 accounts are in PotatoFarmers.

All 3 instances of the game are open on the same PC simultaneously.

Also in the runs were my brother (same network, different PCs) on his main and two alts.

not mixed, apparently also 2 on strength, 1 archery. And this is in the clan Mitsushi mentioned above that had 13 accounts in for exp events, and then I think 11 for the loot events

Yeah we had a mix, some people were on the mixed attack while others were on accurate or specific attack style

Does the event seem to be running completely normally when these issues come up? You don't notice anything wrong with the game until you relog and realize your gained experience was rollbacked (or more likely you never received it in the first place)?

Also, has it been happening in both experience and loot events?

Found an issue in the experience event that I believe to be the issue. Haven't been able to find anything wrong with loot events, so I hope that these issues actually came from the experience event and not the loot event 😄 it would be easy to get it mixed up since you often do the events back to back

The issue will require both a client and server update so it'll unfortunately be a bit before we can get it live. Until then, you can avoid the issue by doing experience events solo.

soooo i just got disconnected and i immediately logged back in and it lowered my magic from 52 to 49 and took away 30k magic xp

Just did the two combat loot events (none exp combat event) and a bit regular combat, all exp gone after relog
