Received a Book of Potions on account 'Keeklesjr' during duo runs (Group leader: Keekles)
The item was initially shown in my inventory, and I attempted to send to account Keekles: Saw the message "Operations couldn't be completed".
Tried restarting client and the item was no longer there.
Did about ~7-8 Kronos runs between roughly 1:00 AM - 03:00 AM UTC / 2024-01-24.
Additionally, didn't show in the #player-milestones channel. Unfortunately I have no screenshots.
