You could obtain multiple titles, but have a dropdown menu to select the currently “equipped” one. Also i think titles should be rare in themselves and not just for a particular rank. For example, skill level 120, 500m xp in a skill, or 1000 of a particular boss kill. Otherwise it detracts from them in the first place. Just my two cents
