I have nothing to go off of but this picture I took recently but basically after hitting 999 or 1000 chests count, the value might have reset to 1 deleting the rest. I have not opened one since they stopped being tradeable and it does not make sense for my rares to be at 900+ when my commons are barely 100. Anyway, i do not know when exactly this happened but I know I should have more than 100 common chests, so any kind of investigation would be appreciated and I have the same in game name. Thanks in advance
