Valued Clan Member - incorrect tooltip? or incorrect result?

Valued Clan Member upgrade states you get a 50% chance to keep items sent for clan quests.
This would mean if I sent 100 fish for a quest there would be a 50% chance I keep the 100 fish.

Instead it seems to 100% of the time refund 50% of the sent items.
So when I send 100 fish, 50 fish is returned.

Not sure whether this is how its intended but the tooltip is wrong or whether the tooltip is right and the result is unintended.

If result is intended, then tooltip on upgrade should read something different like:
"Keep 50% of items sent for clan quests" rather than "50% chance to keep items sent for clan quests"

Probably only a minor Bug or mistake but thought id flag it up anyway.

It's a 50% chance for each item. So it can be 50 back from 100, but it could be 64, it could be 13, it's not literally 50%.

So the way it's written is reasonable, as it's per item, not per amount.
