I drank 100 forgery potions 2 days ago when I made a bunch of breastplates, not any since, because I swapped to woodcutting.
I definitely received the extra 10% of plates from the bars I had, but haven't been on game much. Still had 7minutes of forgery 15min ago and definately still got bars back smithing breastplates. Not sure if it's intended or not

Potions now work whilst offline. Their timers will only be decreased while offline if you're doing a task that utilizes the potion (all combat potion timers will all decrease in offline combat, regardless of used attack style)
In other words, you still had forgery timer left because you were not smithing while offline, so the timer did not go down. Offline potion timers only go down if you are doing the skill related to the potion.
