Clan Quest Kill Counters Freezing

While our clan was doing the combat daily quests right after reset the counters started freezing and not updating. Relogging updated the counter but it was still frozen.
Also the bot was spamming #clan-milestones channel with combat quest completed messages when we only completed 4 combat quest.
