It would be cool if we could see all tiers from the beginning, as well as the individual costs.
That way we could plan ahead.

If you mean for housing and clan housing, that is also on the wiki. If you mean for perks, that is being worked on. Soon will be available.

A more complete wiki does address this issue. However, being able to see it in game would be a significant quality of life upgrade, even if alternatives have made this a much lower priority.
