I keep seeing "varsoon has defeated Medusa! Well done!" in player milestones. There should be loot shown, but there is not. It started right after this: varsoon has fully unlocked the upgrade_boss_slayer upgrade!

i think for solos it doesn't show since you get the loot directly. player milestones showing loot for multiparty in case the loot screen gets closed too fast and someone has to milestone dive to see loot split.
