I would to see the amount of items we have whilst using that skill.
I.E while mining ore the amount we have in have including inventory would be shown, instead of keep switching to inventory to se what we have

I agree it tells use what materials we have if we are creating something but it does not let us know how many we have made including Inventory.

I think you mean for things like smelting and cooking? No offense, mining is just a bad example of what you were talking about (It literally shows how much you have of everything now), but production skills only show what materials you have for making it, not how many of the item you have.
