Wand of lifesteal auto eat bug

just telling my problem here, havnt tried figuring it out yet.

Everytime i fight the "Ghost" with a wand of lifesteal, i click back into the fight with like 23/73hp when my auto eat is set to 70%, also not convinced the wand of lifesteal can trigger if you arnt in the combat screen. Im almost never in the combat screen and in my inventory or markets screen. i come to this conclusion purely based on the fact if i sit in the combat screen my hp will go back up due to the lifesteal wand, but always goes down if im not in combat screen
Edit: lifesteal wand doesnt heal above my 43/73, potentially a visual bug? But that hp is actually missing, ive got to heal it with food, so im a bit confused

so in my testing auto eat doesnt work with it equipped in combat and if you try to go offline it farms as if no weapon is equipped and auto eat works. (also tested vs ghost) also ghost has a 0% hit chance against me when testing. but still hit obviously.

tested on trolls as well, same issues. 0% hit chance from troll but they still hitting me.

a lot less than the ghost at least.
