Bigger fish to catch, 25k xp an hour on 47% reduced time is a bit low imo

Comparing this to woodcutting and mining, it is worse. At level 80 the other 2 get 5.1 XP per second while fishing is only 4.1 XP per second, but you can get free cooking XP with that unlocked.
The only gathering skill that is better for XP is foraging
