Lost connection problem after creating new account

So I joined this game yesterday but the first time I tried creating an account I got a http 503 error and can't log onto it, the account exists cuz it says the email and username are already in use. I later created a new account with another email (sadly not with my normal tag since it was in use by the first account) and this went smoothly. But now I'm at the stage where I want an alt for some money making and would love to be able to use my normal email and tag

Tag on the not working account is Cru btw

Not sure what happened during registration there but for some reason it wasn't able to set your name as Cru. Sorted it out manually though, you should be able to log on it now
