I am unable to purchase the "Minigame boost", "Gemstone boost" or "Credit boost" When i click the button to purchase the button animates but nothing else happens. Several relogs have not affected this issue.

Are you loading the game through steam, or through the exe directly (or via something else the fires up the exe)?

seems almost like there is a cap on hourly purchases

I dont think its an hourly cap, since its been about 2 days since i started having the issue

If i had to guess its related to the bug i reported about being able to purchase the inventory boost more than 5 times

Since while testing that i did purchase it about 5 more times over the limit

it most likely happens either because of an issue with linking to your steam account or the client just not being able to communicate with Steam's in-app purchase API for whatever reason. a bit difficult to say, but I've made the steam linking a bit more aggressive for next update so that might fix your issue
