New Location: The Mineshaft
Location: National Park Territory
Status: EXTREME DANGER - RESTRICTED

Description:
An Abandoned Mineshaft for The Lost Ones hunting grounds. Multiple workforce teams have been found missing. Ground structure appears intact from exterior with a fence gate that can be opened and leading down to the Mineshaft, pine trees around, hills, rocks, a strong blizzard, a crane, a construction in the works, trailers all around that ECD have stayed at and, with a fence wall around. But interior is wide, rough terrain tunnels, hazard traps and, a elaborate maze! The Mineshaft appears to be collapsing as well.

Hazards:

Boulders able to crush a Workforce personnel's and make holes - but has a limit range to drop on a Workforce personal, indicates cracks on the ground and top to show where the Boulder is at

Gas Pipes fuming with gas and flames able to burn a Workforce personal by a single touch - can be turned off by a valve

The Mineshaft - National Park, Glacier
October 11th, 2038

October 11th. I remember that date now. I've remembered it before — hundreds of times. I always forget by morning.
This time, I wrote it down. This time, the ink stayed.

This mineshaft wasn’t built to extract minerals. It was carved to extract time — hour by hour, year by year, stripped from us like ore. The further we dug, the more we lost: names, reasons, memories. What began as labor became ritual. The Entity feeds on routine — on repetition dressed up as purpose.

Every collapse down here was never structural — it was intentional. I’ve got caught on fire on the same gas pipe six times. I’ve died under the same boulder more times than I can count. The pain isn’t what hurts — it’s the knowing. The knowing that I chose to remember.

They told us the surface was poisoned. That we were the lucky ones. But I’ve seen the cracks — real sunlight slipping through seams we were told to seal. We aren’t trapped underground. We’re trapped in a story that won’t let us leave until we play our part perfectly.

I don’t know how many versions of me are buried in these somewhat dark rough rocky edged tunnels, but these secret laboratories that the ECD were there before hold secrets that I cannot obtain. But this story doesn't end, and I am still breathing. And for once, not repeating.

The Entity needs belief to survive. And I don’t believe anymore.

Let that be the start of something real.
