When you get down by Ventress it removes the Paranoia effect. I don't know why but it just does.

So I found out that It is the Adrenaline that is causing the problem as well as teammates that revive you. When you use it or a teammate picks you up it removes Paranoia! Or it could be the special interactions such as Ventress grab and than down or Butchers hooks.
Because when I tested with Butchers hooks when I revived myself and I had the Modifier, once I use Adrenaline it removed the Status Effect of Paranoia
