When picking up a buyed boldcutter for the first time while having something else in hand (or stored away in the inventory) the charge number 8 floats on the floor by your feet. It moves with you when walking and running.
It goes away when "equipping" the boltcutter in your hand and from then on never occurs again.
Also happens when picking up a boltcutter from the floor for the first time after loading a safe.
