There is a vending machine in the train next to the E.C.D. shop. That vending machine could sell various drinks containing one of several buffs, either timed or for one day. Following buffs could entail: Night Vision (can see a bit further into the dark), Stamina Boost (increased stamina, run speed stamina recovery), Thick Blooded (Slower Bleeding), Immune Boost (Slower Infection Progression), Keen Eye (Loot Highlights from further away). The pricing of these Drinks (Buffs) should reflect their usefulness / duration (if they don't last a full day)
