Brickbattler Mastery

Passives

  • Sword – You start with a sword by default.
  • Fight – No passive regeneration, but +25 max HP. Defeating an enemy grants temporary double regeneration (stacks).
  • On the Height – Each kill increases your Sword Mastery, unlocking new abilities. At max Mastery, you gain a temporary buff to everything. Then Mastery gradually decays. When the mode ends: receive 10 Mastery Coins, and your maximum Mastery increases. (Abilities stay unlocked.)

Ability Unlock Progression

  • First Mastery level (3 kills) – Unlocks E ability.
  • Second Mastery level (5 kills) – Unlocks Q ability.
  • R – Opens the Shop (always available).

Shop Items

Rocket Launcher

  • E – Launches a rocket toward the cursor. You can ride it (rocket gently turns toward where you're looking). Explodes after 5 seconds, or 1 second if you jump off.
  • Q – Remote Detonation – Detonates an existing rocket. Explosion is 30% larger but deals 10 less damage.

Slingshot

  • Q – Shoots 3 pellets beneath you, performing a small jump upward.
  • E – Quickly fires 5 pellets, then 5-second cooldown.

Super Ball

  • E – Baller Style – After a delay, throws a ball that explodes on contact (player or wall). Deals 15 damage + ragdoll. 15-second cooldown.
  • Q – Rolls the ball forward along the ground (no bounce unless it falls or hits a surface). Deals 5 damage and slows by 15% for 2 seconds.

COIL (Effects: Regen, Speed, Jump, Strength)

  • E – Cycles coil: Regen -> Speed -> Jump -> Strength.
  • Q – Wind-up (1.5 sec) – Uses full coil power. 20-second cooldown.
    • Regen – Heals 50 HP.
    • Speed – Huge boost to movement speed and weapon attack speed for 3 seconds.
    • Jump – Large jump boost + double jump for 5 seconds.
    • Strength – Next attack or ability within 5 seconds is empowered (as if in Mastery mode).

Bomb

  • E – Subspace Tripmine – Places a mine. Bomb cooldown is tripled. Mine slows by 10% for 5 seconds (no knockback).
  • Q – Instant Blast – Detonates bomb beneath you, launching yourself upward and dealing 15 self damage. Radius is 3x smaller, but damage +15 and applies ragdoll.

Trowel

  • E – Mode Switch – Platform -> Ladder -> Wall.
  • Q – Throws a brick, dealing 5 damage.

Paintball

  • E – Shoots 3 balls in a row, each dealing 5 damage.
  • Q – Paint Bucket – Spills paint, slowing and blurring the screen for 3 seconds.

Sword & Sword Upgrades (not purchases – default skills)

Sword (base)

  • E – Lunge – 0.5 sec wind-up, deals triple basic attack damage.
  • Q – Roll – Short forward roll (works even without items).

Firebrand (higher damage, longer cooldown)

  • E – Lunge – 0.3 sec wind-up, can reflect projectiles.
  • Q (with sword) – Dash forward, sword disabled for 1.5 sec, leaves a burning zone.
  • Q (no sword) – Dash forward with slightly longer range and speed.

DarkHeart (double damage, 30% lifesteal, 1.5x slower attack speed)

  • E – 1.2 sec wind-up. Deals only 25 damage but creates a slow vertical slash that deals 2 DPS and heals 1 HP per hit.
  • Q (with sword) – Pulls all players in a small radius, deals 5 damage, prevents attacking for 0.5 sec, and pushes away projectiles.
  • Q (no sword) – Opposite effect: deals 10 damage and strongly repels all players in a small area.

Ice Dagger (smaller hitbox, less damage, slows 50% for 1 sec, no ragdoll)

  • E – 2 sec wind-up dash forward. On hit: 20 damage, freeze enemy, knock them forward. Self-slow 20% for 1 sec.
  • Q – Quick Dash – Short forward dash with 2 charges.

Illumina (standard attacks slightly faster, small jump boost)

  • E – Short dash + lunge. If high in the air, dives downward instead.
  • Q (with sword) – Jump forward and upward.
  • Q (no sword) – Enhanced upward jump (or mid-air jump).

Windforce (basic attack has more knockback, tiny speed boost after hit)

  • E – Much higher knockback, but no triple damage.
  • Q (with sword) – Creates a mini whirlwind around you, boosts speed for 2 sec.
  • Q (no sword) – Small speed boost for 5 sec (disappears if you pick up a sword).

Ghostwalker (stand still with sword to become invisible; fades after 3 sec movement or being hit)

  • E – Deals 20 damage, longer recovery. If this lands the killing blow: become invisible for 10 sec (or until attacking).
  • Q – Become invisible for 2 sec (or until attacking – that attack deals triple damage).
  • Q (no sword) – Become immune to attacks and able to pass through objects for 1 sec.
