Ability based off a Chinese hopping zombie. This is my first suggestion, I'd appreciate feedback
PASSIVE: Hopping Zombie
The user has Soda's mobility (faster walk speed and jump height), at the cost of taking more knockback and having only 80 health.
PASSIVE: Claws
The user's punches are faster, but do not ragdoll other players (only pushes them back a bit and stuns very briefly) and deal 8 damage.
PASSIVE: Talisman
The user's punches mark other players with a yellow talisman. Only two players can be marked at once. The talisman disappears after 8 seconds without punching. The user can only use their E/Q/R moves on players who have been marked.
E ability: Bash (15 second cd)
The jiangshi slams their scissors down in front of them (blades shut, half a second of windup). If this hits a marked player, they are knocked down, dealt 20 damage, and stunned for the same amount of time as a charged Overcharge punch.
Q ability: Snip (15 second cd)
The jiangshi lunges forward (Plasma dash distance though not a teleport, very little windup) and snips ahead with their scissors. If this hits a marked player, they are knocked back, dealt 15 damage, and stunned for the same amount of time as a charged Overcharge punch. If used in the air, the dash travels 1.5x the distance and doesn't use the scissors, imposing a reduced cooldown of 7 seconds.
R ability: Execute (30 second cd)
The jiangshi readies their scissors (1.5 second windup) and steps forward, closing the blades. If this hits a marked player, they are grabbed by the scissors and immobilised as they are lifted up (~1 second) and forcefully cut, doing a large amount of knockback and 40 damage. If the move kills the player, the player is cut in half. The move can be interrupted at any point before the ending cut; if it is, a reduced cooldown of 18 seconds is imposed.
The E/Q/R abilities have low cds and decent damage, but aren't easily spammable because of the talisman mechanic.
