- E is a bit too weak in terms of damage, also explain what do you mean by "can be parried"
- Q is just a generic leap that does damage
- R does 90 total damage, a bit too much, also explain what "can be parried" means

why do people add masteries for their abilities

You got to remember a aw character has 100 hp so don’t make your abilities do so much damage
