Create a shockwave the size of a medium-charged Pulse Q. This shockwave deals damage and covers the opponent's screen with static for 2 seconds. This static would be hard to look through but not impossible, still somewhat visible.

Cooldown: 15
Q: huh
Gives you a field of static around your body, blinding people with the same static from the E move if opponent's are it in. Lasts for 4 seconds. The field of static is also the size of a medium-charged Pulse Q.
Damage: 12 (3 for every second inside)
Cooldown: 17
