PARANOIA:
Hid behind the "void" ability.

Passive: gains PARANOIA stacks
1: slight damage increase
3: slight damage and speed
5: slight damage speed and knockback
10: characters subconsciously run away from you sometimes
15: heavy knock back increase along with moderate speed and damage increase
30: (MAX) all skills heavily increased, knockback (to you) reduced along with slight damage reduction

How to gain PARANOIA stacks:
Punch someone +1
Get punched +2
Get hit by an ability +3
Below 50% health +1 per 2 seconds
Below 25% health +2 per second
Begin losing PARANOIA after 15 seconds

Requirements: ANXIETY & TERRIFIED badges + 250k punches

No instant visual changes, at 10 PARANOIA you get a black shadow aura around you, at 20+ you get an eye above your head

Q: FEAR. Gain 1 PARANOIA if hit
Visual: stick out both arms and create an eye infront of you, looks at the nearest player within 15 studs
Damage: 20% over 5 seconds
Debuff: slows user by 20%
Cooldown: 15 seconds after 5 for the move

E: JUDGEMENT. Gain 3 PARANOIA if hit
Visual: holds one of those old things they used to balance things, the thing with 2 hanging plates, activates if within 7 studs
Damage: 20% instantly, 0.5 second stun, "judges" all players within 7 studs (only gains 3 PARANOIA max)
Debuff: can't move after using ability until it's over, 3 second duration if missed
Cooldown: 20 seconds
Stun visuals (optional): stunned player puts hands on head and yells (like the one blood manipulator guy from jjk)

R: SORROW. Gains 5 PARANOIA if hit.
Visuals: user puts hands on head and yells (like stun visuals)
Damage: if hit, deals 25% damage and stuns for 1 second,
Debuff: counter, so you can't move for 3 seconds if you aren't hit
Duration: counter lasts 3 seconds, stunned for 3 if not hit
Cooldown: 30 seconds

How to get ANXIETY & TERRIFIED badge

Anxiety: after your hit, jump off the map into the void, but then get saved by magnet ability and jump again, only have 1 minute to get it after hit

TERRIFIED: after hit, get 50 studs away from the attacker and stay minimum 50 studs away for 5 seconds, only have 30 seconds to get it after hit

Character debuffs: -5% max hp
Character buffs: +5% damage reduction

When equipping, you don't hear the regular equip sound, after 5 seconds you will hear "I see you" and you'll get the ability equipped
