Is there an optimal setup for combat boat since rework? Took a look around here and reddit, couldn't find anything - just want to grind out combat clogs then done with it.

On top of this, I’m also wondering, Is it now more justified to combine trawling with combat boat (rather than salvaging with combat), and max the trawling sloop but keep the salvaging one as a welfare boat?
Think the argument against this was because the fishing sloop was already overcrowded with facilities, But we got two more slots now.
