Sorry, I forgot to include this from the logs when I go to reaccess the site after the manual ban is put in place.

@reef barn Did you clear your browser's cache and refresh a few times? I had this issue but it was a timing problem. Once I gave it a moment the content wasn't loaded.

I did. I opened an incognito window in another browser.

So I'm getting the same issue, did you ever figure out anything? I kinda have it working but for some reason if I ban my phone, rarely I'll get a 403 but refreshing the page seems to allow it through.
