Just go Eve and use the "Blizzard" ultimate on a dummy.

As for the knock back, I tried:
-Kitsu's "Foxtrot"
-Anna's "Eat Lead"
-"Knock.bak" hax augment
And none of them were able to nudge the dummies

I’ve seen it happen when you play in huge amounts of ping when using certain abilities and augments ?
