Codename: Docman
Real Name: Dexter
2-Word Description: Bloodthirsty Duelist

Appearance: A mostly human man with a trenchcoat and a damaged torso. Has a microscope in place of a head and triangular tank tracks in place of feet. Carries a backpack with brains in a vat. Some other medical equipments peek out of parts of his trenchcoat (like a defibrillator and scalpel).

Moveset:

  • Basic Attack (Pipe Whip): Swings a lanky pipe in a large cone towards aiming direction. Has innate lifesteal.
  • Special (Tether): Throws a hook forward. The first enemy hit takes damage and is Tethered to Docman for 4 seconds. Tethered debuff damages affected enemies with lifesteal. Additionally, Tethered enemies cannot go beyond a distance from Docman in any direction. This applies to movement abilities as well. 10s cooldown.
  • Tactile (Emergency): Tap to immediately slide backwards. Hold to charge forwards. 6s cooldown.
  • Ultimate (Operating Room): Erects a circular wall around Docman for 12s. This wall is treated as a normal, indestructible wall (e.g. can be jumped over) with no ground openings. Enemies within the wall are Tethered and will be immediately executed the second they go under 15% HP. Only damage from execution counts as ultimate damage. Cooldown only starts when Ultimate expires or is cancelled. 35s cooldown.

Goal: Overwhelm enemies with high lifesteal and outlast them in duels

Augment Idea (Up Close and Personal): Using Tactile skill will yank Tethered enemies towards Docman, dealing damage and stunning them.

No specific numbers yet because I am mostly new to the game, and haven't caught a grasp of its balance yet. Maybe in the future. Enamored by the funkier Bapbap designs (like Jiro).

Short Lore: Formerly a field doctor for the military, Dexter lost most of his body amidst an intense war. An old and nearly dying friend of his caught wind to the incident and offered to help him survive by transplanting her brain just before she died. With half of his brain and her entire brain, he became a lot more capable as a human and doctor. He connected a microscope and tank tracks, all he can found in his broken down workshop, to the vat containing their brains to further enhance his capabilities as a field doctor. Unfortunately, this vat requires him a lot of blood to work with.
