i wanted a healer/tank character with some utility. also i think this is just a cool idea. idk how to give them peel like the other tanks while keeping them balanced though ;-;
passive: unlicensed practitioner. the doctor has lifesteal on his basic, but cannot lifesteal from any other sources. his buffs/healing scale with his HP.
m1:
blood sample: the doctor stabs an enemy, draining their blood and healing him. this gives him a syringe stack, he can have up to 3 at a time.
m2:
emergency injection: the doctor heals a teammate using the drained blood. he cannot heal in quick succession.
space:
necessary sacrifices: the doctor drains the health of a teammate, enemy or himself. each one with a different effect.
teammate: they gain increased movement speed and heal over time
enemy: they are slowed, and lose 15% max hp over 5 seconds
self: maxes syringe stacks, and heals over time
ultimate:
blood and bile: the doctor throws his bile flask, or his blood flask. the bile flash deals poison damage to enemies and slows them, while the blood flask gives his teammates extra damage, and healing over time.
augments:
renewed license: the doctor heals 20% extra, but deals less damage with his syringe stabs
performance enhancers: the doctor gains 500 more hp, and increases his size, but loses healing
self sacrifice: the doctor can heal without syringe stacks, but loses his own hp every time he does so
darts: the doctor now throws syringes, but loses movement speed
lore: an enigmatic figure in the rift, the doctor leads his gang across the rift, pillaging and sowing calamity everywhere he goes.
