Are These Teases for Future Characters?

There out of all the backstories of current characters there are only two references to possible future characters individually in the stories of 🪨 (the rock guy) and Sashimi.

The Graffiti Artist With Necromancy Spray Paint: They accidentally used necromancy spray paint to revive the rock guy as stated in the rock guy's bio (I hope this becomes a character because a necromancer graffiti artist would be an awesome character to add to the roster.)

Emil, the Intelligent Otter With Telekinesis: Emil is Sashimi's friend as stated in Sashimi's bio. (A telekinetic otter would be cool, i wonder if its just an otter, or if it has a mechanical suit like sashimi.)
