#TTK is too low, especially in ranked trios

I would highly recommend increasing the time to kill - I understand that you are currently aiming for it to be on the low side, but I believe that the current state of things will lead to the player count dropping off quickly upon release.

When presented with a relatively complex game (in comparison to a shooter where you can get away with only knowing how to shoot and move at bare minimum), with equippables, consumables, multiple active abilities, fog of war, etc. many new players need time to think about their abilities and react to an enemy team. In BAPBAP, I have had a couple games where my team and I were all killed within 1-1.5 seconds of encountering a coordinated enemy trio. If faced with this, newer players are more likely to quit than to try to learn how to play the game, as learning will require learning multiple subsystems (movement, enemy abilities, your own abilities, equipment, consumables, etc.) and organizing a coordinated team.

All of this is to say that I believe that newer players, when confronted with repeated dying in (sometimes) under 1 second would rather quit than learn to play the game with such short TTKs in trio (and sometimes duo) matches, and I would highly recommend increasing the TTK to allow some 'breathing room'.
