Pickup after cancelled execute

After downing and trying to execute someone, i couldn't pickup any loot

specifics:

• execute got cancelled because their last teammate died (presumably)
• tried picking up loot from other places, still didn't work, so it didn't seem location specific
• I could only pick up loot again after i killed a player again
• I could only pick up the AT backpack because I had a common AT backpack already (auto pick up)

actually if you look closely it looks like my kitsu is also having trouble picking up things

Same thing happened to me

I could not pick up a gold item, lost me the game 😭
