Hacker? Couldn't Attack or Take Damage

It was end of game 1v3 with my team being the 3, He would walk around us and use emotes like laughing purposely and then stood in the center waiting for the storm to close. We had to use potions to out live him. The storm was the only thing that did damage to the person.

We barely won because of the tick rate of the red storm, If he had built all high level health he would have outlived us.

Nothing worked to hit him, none of our moves or attacks and it seemed like abuse if a bug because he immediately went to stand in the center and wait us out.
