@silk skiff i dont use complete edition so idk, u should ideally reinstall the game, downgrade using #tutorial, then install fusionfix from #mods

you can install all the mods after that

if you own the game on rockstar launcher, don't launch using it after downgrading

run PlayGTAIV.exe directly
