Missing radio station Ram Jam from both gta iv and eflc

I tried to find a fix for it online nobody seems to have the same problem

what radio downgrader did you use?

Cant remember what is was called but i used a downgrader that had 2 options legacy and smth else , and i picked the version were i get all the radios combined (gta iv & eflc)

that radio downgrader does not have standalone ELFC exclusive stations (Ram Jam, Self Actualisation and vice city fm)
