#downgrading the game for multiplayer, by configuring GFWL

i would have 2 questions about this, i know that the downgrader is safe, i already did it for a lot of my friends, but yesterday, we talked about that it would be good if we could play online, so we downloaded the complete edition again, downgraded it to 1.0.8.0, and the LaunchGTAIV and PlayGTAIV had 21 viruses on virustotal, we didnt know if its a false positive, it probably is, since i had another version that had 14 viruses, and it worked out perfectly, the first question here, is that is it a false positive? My other question is, that do i have to run the keygen, directly on my pc, or can my friend start up one for me, and tell me the key? thank you in advance!

if the size of PlayGTAIV.exe is 72kb, it is safe

u dont need launchgtaiv so u can simply delete that

u do have to run the key on ur own pc since it modifies registry

u can use ur main, gfwl has no way of knowing if ur game is cracked

cuz i searched for more downgraders and every single one got a malware but this one i dowloaded from here got like 15

dont worry its a false positive, anything under 5 should be safe, but this is guaranteed safe
