First of all i have two version of gtaIV : one is the complete edition with GFWL not modded to play online , and then i got one GTAIV+EFLC
The problem is that the one modded cant load TBOGT and TLAD saying to that the content is not available to download and crashes, this worked fine just before downloading the other one , should i download the same other complete edition for the modded one? AH GTAIV Works fine the problem is EFLC

maybe because you didnt configure zolikapatch.

the one with zolikapatch is the complete edition, anyway i solved i had to alt on regedit

then one i had the problem was gtaiv+eflc which are separetly
