I am assuming that you've looked in #tutorial step 2? If doing choice number 1 in step 2 make sure in your ZolikaPatch.ini that FixPCIDBug or whatever it is called is set to 0, that would fix that issue you are having or at least worked for me

yeah i'm just wondering where the confusion came from, the tutorial is fairly new and i'm trying to make it as understandable and clear as possible
