Yeah?
Get Ultimate ASI loader
Rename it to dsound.dll
No
Delete it
It’ll reactivate GFWL
Yeah
If you want GFWL
Remove it. If not keep it.
XLive.DLL
Want to play multiplayer? No? Keep the xlive.dll
Want to play multiplayer? Yes? Keep the xlive.dll and rename it to dsound.dll dinput8.dll (Ultimate ASI loader specific)
delete the common/shaders folder in update folder
its so much of a simple fix idk why yall were suggesting to delete xlive n stuff
Shaders are not the issue he needs FusionFix for the shaders to work properly since it passes values onto the shaders, so either his FusionFix build is outdated or FusionFix doesn't load at all
no
fusionfix isn't needed for the shaders, it only adds option to toggle its features
but fusionfix already comes with shaderfixes, in its update folder
when he installed shaderfixes manually too, he replaced the files in common/shaders
so shaderfixes in common/shaders overlap with update/common/shaders
i literally had the same issue and solved it by doing this
It definitely is for the z-fighting fix since it passes near/far clip values to the shaders which are needed for it to work properly
Anyway this guy been asking about this issue on other discords so I don't know anymore, I'd just say it's a user error
most likely, but it doesn't change the fact that above is how the issue is solved
Yeah idk why people still mess with vanilla files when the update folder exists, haven't touched vanilla files in ages because of that
imo its not a user error when simply installing the mod causes this, the devs definitely overlooked the possibility of overlapping with the old version
seems to be only u having this issue
ok
um, yeah????
