Q1: When was the final snapshot of the leaderboard taken?
**A1: **The final snapshot was taken on April 6th at 23:59 PM UTC.
Q2: Why does the leaderboard I see on the web differ from the final list?
A2: The web version of the Pass Leaderboard does not distinguish between tied rankings. For fairness in season-ending rewards, as with last season, we implemented the following mechanism: rankings are based on experience points (EXP). In cases of equal EXP, priority is given to those who reached that level first.
Q3: Why haven't I received my rewards?
A3: The rewards consist of GEMs and season-limited NFTs. There were technical issues with the distribution of GEM rewards affecting about 100 users, which have since been rectified. Information about the season-limited NFT contract and airdrop can be found here: Season-Limited NFT Collection
Q4: To which wallet were the CARV Pass Season 4 NFTs sent?
A4: NFTs were sent to the wallet address associated with your most recent CARV badge update.

📢 Important Notice: CARV ID Account System Update
<@&917891213640736768> We performed a system upgrade (new account system) for protocol.carv.io, play.carv.io, and the mobile app from 12:00 AM to 2:00 AM UTC on 14 January. During this time, services were be unavailable.
For the majority of CARVers, no action will be required during the merge. However, a small percentage of users with multiple conflicting accounts will be prompted to select one primary account to merge the others into. Rest assured, asset balances across all accounts will be retained and consolidated.
**We're aware of the issues with mobile app login at the moment, fixes are on the way **
As part of these changes, we will temporarily disable the minting of .Play Name Service (PNS). This will impact new users joining CARV Pass S7 who wish to gain more power through PNS. These users will instead be directed to the NFT marketplace until minting reopens in 2–3 weeks.
Please take note of these updates, and if you encounter any issues or have any concerns, feel free to open a ticket. Our team will be happy to assist you.

To enhance security, combat bots, and ensure that rewards are distributed to real users, we are introducing a mandatory zkMe KYC verification step for withdrawing Data-to-Earn (D2E) rewards. CARVers will now need to complete a one-time identity verification through zkMe before accessing their earned rewards.
CARVers will see the option to 'Verify your identity' when they withdraw their rewards on both web and mobile app. The verification process is integrated within the withdrawal flow for a smooth user experience.
For users who have already gone through zkMe KYC, all they need to do is to authorize their KYC proof. Otherwise, they will need to complete a one-time verification.
