I'm just not sure why I'm so inconsistent. Plat 1

I come from CS, a lot of the mechanics from that game still fight with me learning new ones in this one, and with that comes wild inconsistencies. I have games where things click, and I am an unstoppable force, I have games where if god blessed me himself I wouldn't make a right choice, The VODs below are back to back games.

I feel like I should be able to climb more consistently than I am, I've peaked at Diamond 3 and usually even in off periods of the game been able to float around the mid to high diamond elo after I established myself in the game, but upon coming back to Act 9 I've just not been able to get my feet under me.

Sadly neither VOD caught my audio, I had messed up the OBS settings, but in these 2 games I don't think that plays to much into my performance or lack there of.

I can also add, I still don't know where I feel most comfortable in terms of agent selection, I used to jett main, then I vibed with chamber for a really long time, settled into omen and kinda stayed there but feel like controller isnt best for me. I dabble as mainly a jack of all trades and fill to what my team needs in most situations.

Any tips/feedback would be greatly appreciated, I know I can do better, I just dont know what Im currently doing wrong.

Adding some things that have been mentioned from other communities and answering a few questions they had.

I floated from Master guardian to LE in my time in cs, I'm pretty confident mechanically in most situations.

My role for my usual team which was a 5 stack back in cs days was the loose cannon, I would either entry or lurk depending on the round, it allowed me to go without thinking about our strats and play very selfishly, which is causing a rough transition to valorant as the kit design doesn't allow for an agent that can do both of those things well without failing in a more important category

No longer a jack of trades, focusing on Cypher (kj on certain maps)

Coordinate lurks and attack rounds better with team.

Initiate the rotate or flank quicker on defense.

One of the main themes I’ve noticed from the cypher vod is u should reposition more. This is very situational thats why we should hop on a call and discuss it
