If you wanna know my honest opinion, below are some key points which I think would be good to implement.
Attack-
It was pretty good overall but as a sentinel I would also try some lurk play. It will keep defenders from rotating early and if the team decides for instant rotate/fake that will save efforts for the team. Also your aim is good, I think you will win your most duels.
Also it's something I notice in pro vod that the B sewer kj lockdown, try putting it slightly off the corner and bit right coz there's it's extra range which got wasted outside and you can push defenders further in their spawns which could give some timing advantage.
(Bonus)You can sometimes try all 5 men to rush on dish and arcade coz that Reyna was very annoying on arcade, so early pick of her would be a good advantage.
