Note: I solo q'd and got to Diamond and I have been unable to get to Ascendant. I used to play Duelists and a bit of Chamber (pre-nerf). I am trying to get better at other agents. Please help. Thank you.

3. You Must Play Consistently
We are requiring that 10 of the last 14 days show competitive gameplay on your tracker.gg profile. This is to ensure that the advice you get can (1) be useful to you when you win a raffle, and (2) ensure that the vods being reviewed on stream are of the highest quality. If you only play once every 2 weeks you won't be able to implement the advice effectively.
2. No Filling
No Fill VODs or trackers with excessive filling. We consider filling playing more than 1 agent per map.
If you are below immortal you may play one agent per map, all agent picks must be in the same role. If you are playing initiators you must stick to either recon initiators (Sova, Fade) or flashing initiators. (Skye, Breach, Kay/O, Gekko)
We look to make sure you have at least 90% of your games played on your main agent in the last 20 games.
If you are immortal+ a second role is acceptable. This requirement is to make sure that your VOD review is not spent covering the basics of your role/agent if you are not playing them enough. We also recognize that you will often have to flex within your role to ensure quality team composition or play within a meta, for this reason we are less strict on filling requirements for immortal+ players.
If you submit a ModMail ticket asking for an exception to the filling rule we will restrict you from vod review submissions for at least 2 weeks.
7. Spread Positivity
Starting March 2, 2023 3:00 PM all VODs must contain you typing the exact phrase "Good luck eat healthy" in all chat in round 1 to show you have read all of the VOD review requirements.
You may type the phrase in your local language if that language other than English.
