I've had these similar problems when devving for Moni on a mac and I think the thing is like, switching to different brands of java cleared it, but I can't remember which one though. Gonna be a while before I get the proper answer though as I'm at work

I'm seeing this issue as well, just testing a client on my M1 Mac, pack has been working fine on my Win11 desktop though
I'm on OpenJDK 17, freshly installed via brew

oh shit right the fix, you have to remove Spark, for some reason that mod is the mod causing the problems, not LaserIO or ModernFix
