Mixer recipe conflict

The recipe for graphene is 1x graphite, 1x silicon, 4x carbon on circuit 1
The recipe for niobium titanium is 1x niobium, 1x titanium on circuit 1
The recipe for titanium carbide is 1x titanium, 1x carbon on any circuit
The issue is: putting the ingredients for graphene and niobium titanium into a circuit 1 mixer makes titanium carbide.
The solution is to change the titanium carbide recipe to require a circuit.
