I tried to download this modpack, but I can't seem to get it to launch.
I am using PolyMC 6.1 and pack version Monifactory-Beta 0.10.0.
This is the crash log I get on a new instance: https://hst.sh/qezufakuma . This indicated to me that Quark was the issue, so I deleted it.
This is the crash log I get after deleting Quark: https://hst.sh/ifitocihor . Now it looked like embeddium was the problem, so I deleted that and embeddiumplus.
That gave me this crash log: https://hst.sh/ihipizihes . I couldn't figure out what to do from here.

Things I have tried:
Download the modpack directly from curseforge
Tried a different launcher
Updated every mod through polymc
Created a new instance with an older version of the pack (0.9.0)
Reinstalled java 21

plz help

Isn't java 21 unstable for Minecraft 1.20.1?

#

Did you try using java 17?

#

I think that's also the recommended one

fluid patio
#

let me try that

fresh spindle
#

You probably also disabled the check java compatibility in prism? Because I remember it wouldn't even start when that is enabled and java 21 is selected

#

There's a reason why that's on by default

fluid patio
#

gives the same error, the "skip java compatibility checks" option is unchecked

#

it's a new install of polymc so everything is default

fresh spindle
#

Mmmh. Might be difference between linux/windows then, my bad

#

It just crashes fully right?

fluid patio
#

yep, it will have that minecraft loading screen for a few seconds then it crashes

fresh spindle
#

Does it work without any mods?

#

So just a vanilla 1.20.1 client

fluid patio
#

disabling every mod makes it work perfectly

fresh spindle
#

Heh, weird

fluid patio
#

other modpacks work so i'm 95% sure its something to do with my computer or this modpack

quasi sluice
#

It looks like it's inserting a slash for some reason before the file path

#

Could you try with prism and see if it's something to do with the launcher?

fluid patio
#

i will try

fresh spindle
#

Ah, I also don't recommend using polymc. At least not anymore

fluid patio
quasi sluice
#

yeah im not sure it just is passing in a bad file path

#

for some reason

fluid patio
#

let me try on a different computer maybe its just this one that's bad

#

ok it works on a different computer, so the issue must be with this computer

quasi sluice
#

maybe try installing a different java Hmm

#

and having poly/prism use that

#

fluid patio
#

quasi sluice
fluid patio
#

i wonder if its because the name of this user is ~

quasi sluice
#

#

LMFAO

#

i thought that was a redaction

fluid patio
#

its redacted as ******* in the log from prism

quasi sluice
#

yeah i know mclogs auto redacts

#

but i thought it was a redaction in the other log too

fluid patio
#

brb let me try a different windows account

quasi sluice
#
