The gif will explain it all.
In the tool tip the Gregtech Extreme Combustion Engine (ECE) says it can be boosted with 80mb/s of liquid oxygen.
In the gif this is sometimes true but for some reason the generator has some burst consumption which I cannot explain the source.
Let me know if this is a GT or Moni issue.

Context:
Did the calculations and it's about a Freezer for each ECE (83.333 mb/s each freezer).
This was in a server and when I left, the Liquid Oxygen was rising like expected.
When I came back the next day, because my energy buffer as full, only this ECE was working (not continuous).
Was weird to find out that I had no liquid oxygen and tracked down the consumption to this.
