🪛 Specs: Windows 10 Pro 19045.2965. Ryzen 5600X, Nvidia Geforce RTX 3070ti, 32Gb RAM ddr4, Nvme ssd.
✅ I tried: reboot game, pc, wi-fi router. Flush dns, renew ip from ISP. Check file integrity. Reinstall game, Epic Online Services (EOS), easy anti-cheat. Use VPN.
❌ I have not tried: reinstall OS (Windows), use another PC
⚡ Problem: I try connect to server, it puts me in queue 1/1 (Always). Server status is incorrect. After ~20 second I get timeout error. When try reconnect it happens again. I get the error with a few servers ("BSS", "PSTN", "РУССКИЙ РАССВЕТ", maybe more). Also I can connect to few servers ("VET-S.RU", "Пивной Паблик").
📔 First encounter: I played at "BSS raas/aas" server, then all players froze like server connection problem. I tried reconnect and start getting the timeout error.

You can add your logs. They are at system path "C:\Users\YOUR_USERNAME\AppData\Local\SquadGame\Saved\Logs"

Might just be a queue limit, som servers are capping the queue at 10 people max, even though it show « +8 » it’s often a full queue

Try on the same server when there’s no queue or other servers without queue and there shouldn’t be any problem

Wifi router? Are you on wifi? Try ethernet. Or mobile hotspot from your phone. I had tons of disconnects on wifi.

I found temporate fix, not pleasant, but still. Use VPN and proxy all traffic. My location is Russia and maybe gov agency blocks certain traffic. But my friend with same ISP can connect without problems.
