Please reduce the shaking of your hands and the bluff from shooting at you. 1) It still feels like we're not military, but civilians with illnesses on their hands 2) Any shot in your direction and you don't see anything

Hand tremors are just part of the game's conventions.
I see a more enjoyable combat system:

  1. The weapon rotates more slowly in the sights and only within 60 degrees of angle.
  2. The barrel is not aimed strictly at the center of the screen, but within a circle (see the implementation in Red Orchestra 2). It moves faster within the circle than outside it.
  3. After 90 degrees to the left and 60 degrees to the right, the anatomy of the weapon prevents it from being aimed without shifting its position or extending its arms. (Assault rifle in the right hand)
  4. Looking up or down in the sights can only be done at 160 degrees; beyond that, parallax occurs.
  5. Reduce weapon recoil and rank it by caliber.

All of this requires a reworking of the character animations, but it will reduce the urgency of the actions and more convincingly encourage the player not to act like Rambo.
